On February 10, 2009 permission was granted for the LMA:
"Greetings,
We have been a trade-friendly band since 1982 and during that time our fans have compiled a large collection of audience recordings that we would like to submit to the Live Music Archive. We have encouraged B&P trading on our own website and are very excited to have our live shows included in digital format in the etree archive.
Our only obvious limitation is that no official Major Lingo (copyrighted) recordings may be included in the LMA.
